LITTLE SKINS

Brand & Beyond

Little Skins is a UK-based children’s skincare brand created for modern families who want gentle, high-quality products they can trust. Designed with both parents and children in mind, the range focuses on safe, effective formulations paired with a soft, comforting aesthetic that fits seamlessly into everyday routines.

They needed a brand that could balance warmth and credibility, something that would feel playful enough for children, while reassuring and premium enough for parents, and strong enough to stand out in a crowded, pastel-heavy market.

The Brief

Little Skins came to us with a clear ambition, to create a premium skincare brand for children that felt both gentle and joyful. Their early visuals didn’t fully reflect the warmth, care, and personality behind the product. Our goal, to change that!

The Challenge

Crowded Shelves

The category was saturated with soft pastels and near-identical branding, making it difficult for Little Skins to stand out or feel distinctive.

Balancing Trust & Play

Being too clinical felt cold, too playful felt cheap. The brand needed to sit confidently in between. This was a key step in building trust with the customer.

Forgettable Packaging

The products were strong, but the packaging lacked presence, missing the opportunity to create a recognisable, memorable brand experience.

The Solution

We shaped Little Skins to sit confidently between playfulness and premium care, creating a brand that feels both reassuring and full of personality. Every element was designed to work together, from identity to packaging, building something warm, considered, and recognisable across every touchpoint.

Confident, friendly wordmark

A bold but approachable logo that feels modern without losing warmth.

Playful brand system

Character-led illustrations designed to bring personality without overwhelming the product.

A gentle colour palette

Pastels grounded with neutrals to feel soothing and not overly sweet.

The Result

Little Skins moved from blending into the category to standing confidently within it. The refreshed identity gave the brand a clear voice, one that resonates with parents while still feeling engaging and friendly for children.

The packaging became part of the experience, creating something recognisable, giftable, and easy to spot both in-store and online.
